IBTA appoints IFS as its Authorized Training Provider

The International Business Training Association (IBTA) has selected IFS, a subsidiary of Mawarid Finance, to be its Authorized Training Provider in UAE for the candidates who wish to obtain CBP certification to become certified business professionals.

Rehab Lootah, Managing Director of IFS, said: "The Certified Business Professional program (CBP) is an international industry credential that validates and develops the business professional through training and qualifying the professional for the international business world."

She said: "The CBP programme establishes a foundation‐level, industry‐neutral certification for business professionals enabling employers and the candidate to have a platform to develop the employees for targeted positions within corporations. The CBP program also develops important life‐skills that transcend the work environment into many aspects of living".

IFS shall provide the official courses after which the candidates must pass the course exam to obtain the CBS certification which shall be available in Arabic language as well.

IFS management team held meetings with the Ministry of Education and the other local government departments and universities to coordinate training of their employees and university students.

Rehab appreciated the support given to IFS and the CBP by the education officials, economic department and the universities in UAE, which comes in line with their support to the investment in the human resources, which help in building strong leadership skills and provide the market with professional leaders who will be able to make change and contribute in developing the country and the society.
