The board of International Petroleum Investment Company (Ipic) discussed on Tuesday in a meeting in Abu Dhabi chaired by Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Presidential Affairs and Ipic Board Chairman, new investment opportunities being considered by the company, and future plans as well.
According to the report released by the company, the value of investment portfolio in 2010 stood at $48.2 billion. Ipic is fully owned by Government of Abu Dhabi. It owns investments in the area of energy outside the emirate of Abu Dhabi. (WAM)
