Rainfall in UAE: Find out where...

Residents driving down to Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and parts of Sharjah on Tuesday will experience wet weather in those areas, with the UAE's Met Office confirming rainfall late afternoon.

Images and videos on social media are also indicating a downpour in some areas, with the UAE's National Centre for Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS) confirming the road between Kalba and Al Shawka, Ras Al Khaimah particularly affected.

Speaking with 'Emirates 24|7', a spokesperson with the NCMS said: "The rainfall in those parts is moderate to heavy, with Ras Al Khaimah and parts of Kalba particularly affected.

"The rainfall is expected to continue over the next 24 hours."
 



At 2.30pm, the Storm Centre Ras Al Khaimah also posted on its official Twitter account, reporting light rainfall in Masafi, while several others have stated Al Dhaid is also experiencing the same.

The lowest temperature recorded on Tuesday at Jebal Jais was 24.6 degrees Celsius, according to the NCMS.
