UAE Ministry of Labour launched a new service DARB that will give priority to four categories of residents to achieve their transactions faster and, thereby, contribute to a stable labour market.
“The four categories include young owners of establishments; business women, the elderly and those with special needs,” a MoL statement added.
They can avail of MoL services by seeking clients queue numbers. The launch of the new service highlights ministry's aim to help all citizens to overcome any obstacles they face and increase their participation in contribution to the economy.
This service will help people complete transactions faster and avail quality service as well.
Aisha Mohammed Bal Harfya, Director of Labour Offices, said: "The ministry aims to support youth in their endeavour to set up business projects to create a stable labour market."
The ministry also released a booklet comprising details of the new service Darb, which is available at all customer service centres.
