Mass wedding held in Al Mushrif, Abu Dhabi

Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, a ceremony was held to celebrate mass wedding of 31 couples in Al Mushrif area in Abu Dhabi. The event was organised by Mushrif Majlis.

The mass wedding ceremony was attended by Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in the Western Region; Sheikh Suroor bin Mohammed Al Nahyan; Sheikh Saeed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Ruler`s Representative; Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation; Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs; Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chief of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince's Court; Sheikh Omar bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation and Sheikh Khalid bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Zayed Higher Organisation for Humanitarian Care and Special Needs, ZHO, The mass wedding was also attended by Sheikh Mohammed bin Butti Al Hamed, Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development; Sheikh Zayed bin Hamad bin Hamdan Al Nahyan; Sheikh Shakhbout bin Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, as well as a number of Sheikhs and officials, along with a huge local crowd from the Mushrif area.

The delegates congratulated the newlyweds and their families during the occasion and wished them a happy future life, full of closeness and stability.

The newlyweds and their families expressed their appreciation for the generous gesture of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and for his patronage and support for the mass wedding.

The wedding included many heritage and cultural activities, which a number of the attendees actively participated in.
