His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, received at the Al Naseem-Madinat Jumeirah Hotel on Sunday morning a number of heads of state, government and political and economic leaders participating in the 7th World Government Summit, which started today in Dubai.
