National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology warns of dust

The National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology, NCMS, has urged motorists to be cautious, reduce speed and leave enough distance between vehicles due to a dust storm caused by active winds in various areas of the country.

In a statement on Monday, NMCS said that the weather today will be fair in general, partly cloudy at times over some areas with light to moderate winds in general. The relative humidity will increase by night and early morning over some coastal and internal areas.

"Sea will be slight to moderate in Arabian Gulf and Sea of Oman," the statement added.

The statement said that on Tuesday and Wednesday, the weather is likely to remain similar with a chance of mist over some coastal areas.
