Dubai Customs’ Mass Wedding Committee organized a program on successful marriage for those who will marry soon in coordination with the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities in Dubai (IACAD). Employees of Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC), who plan to marry soon, can benefit from a number of lectures and awareness sessions in April on different social aspects to help them live a happier and more stable marriage.

Chairperson of the Mass Wedding Committee Khalil Saqer bin Gharib noted the initiative is part of Dubai Customs’ efforts to be the best workplace following the directives of the wise leaders.

“We need to translate the wise directives in the UAE into action. A number of initiatives at Dubai Customs are meant to make our employees happier and encourage them to work even harder. The mass wedding is a good idea that helps in saving marriage costs. It is also a means to enhance partnership between Dubai Customs and other Government Departments” he added.

The program included a (Family budget) session introduced by Dr Ismail Al Buraimi for both male and female employees, and a session on successful keys of marriage to be introduced by Mouza Al Shamsi for female employees and Abdulla Mousa for male employees. The program concluded on Thursday 6th April with a lecture entitled (Joys of family life) by Ahmed Abdul Kareem.
