Performers of dangerous car stunts ordered to clean Dubai streets
Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has issued orders to punish individuals who performed dangerous car stunts in City Walk, Dubai, last week, to clean streets in Dubai for four hours daily for 30 days as community service.
The driver of the vehicle and those who were present in the car have been ordered to perform the community service.
The offenders were charged last week with performing dangerous stunts in their 4x4 vehicles in City Walk in rainy weather amidst busy traffic in the presence of families and children.
The offenders showed no respect for traffic laws and general road etiquette as they endangered the safety of people and property in the location.
Police took swift action to arrest and refer them to the authorities for legal action.
