Runaway horse puts brakes on Dubai-Sharjah traffic
A rogue animal was caught horsing around on the busy Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road on Wednesday afternoon, bringing the Dubai-Sharjah traffic to a standstill.
While it's still unclear how the four-legged beauty escaped on to the busy highway, Dubai Police did confirm the same, tweeting around 2.35pm that a horse was on the loose and causing further confusion for Sharjah bound commuters.
Further details are awaited.
