Saleswoman kidnapped and raped

Two Pakistanis workers allegedly kidnapped a Filipina and raped her at their accommodation in Jebel Ali area behind Ibn Battuta Mall.

The victim, MK, 44, saleswoman, testified before the Prosecution that on last September 30 she met the first accused KSZ, 25, at Al Muteena area near her house. She gave him her mobile number just to be friends with him.

“On October 2, at around 6pm he called me and asked me to go out for dinner. I accepted and at around 9pm he came and picked me up to have dinner in Al Ghurair Centre. As he took a way to Sheikh Zayed road, I asked him about the reason…HeBut when he veered towards Sheikh Zayed Road, I got scared and asked him to stop and drop me off. But he refused. Also he prevented me when I opened the car’s door. He drove towards Jebel Ali. He drove to a dark area to a place that seemed like a garage; it was dark. He asked me to go in with him but I refused and told him that I’ll wait in the car. Then he forced me to get down and he took me to a small room in the garage.

"We were alone. He switched on the TV and played a porno CD and started misbehaving with me. He threatened to kill me when I refused to cooperate. I had no other choice."

"The a friend enterd the room. they spoke in another language and the man left the room,” she testified.  

This second man also forced her and threatened to kill her, she claimed. The first acused then dropped her home. Sergeant Ahmad Mohsen, testified that MKB complained about being kidnapped and raped by two in a garage behind Ibn Battuta Mall. The first accused who was arrested at Al Muteena area confessed to havingconsensual sex and alleged that the victim argued with him for money. The Prosecution made a note that the second accused also confessed to the crime.
