Scholar Nouman Ali Khan to address public in Dubai

The US-based internationally renowned Islamic scholar Nouman Ali Khan will address the gathering of more than 2,000 people in Dubai today at Zayed Bin Mohammed Family Gathering in Al Khawaneej.

Organised by Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department Dubai, Khan will highlight Islamic perspective on the importance of “Time for Dua’a” to more than 2,000 audience.

Khan was also a keynote speaker at the Dubai International Peace Convention held in April last year at Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre where a number of people embraced Islam after his lecture.

The entry for today’s event is open to the public. A designated area has been allocated for the ladies to listen to the address.

A spokesperson urged residents to register Bayyinah website for the lecture as more than 1,400 residents had already registered to attend the lecture a few days ago.

The Texas-based Nouman Ali Khan is the founder and CEO of Bayyinah and serves a lead instructor for several programmes including a number of travelling seminars and Bayyinah TV.

Khan also served as a professor of Arabic at Nassau Community College when he decided to take Bayyinah on as a full-time project.
