Sheikh Khalifa receives King of Bahrain

President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan received on Thursday at Al Rodah Palace in Al Ain His Majesty King Hamad bin Eisa Al Khalifa of Bahrain, who is currently visiting the UAE.

The meeting was attended by General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Representative of the Ruler in Western Region.

Sheikh Khalifa welcomed King Hamad and his entourage, wishing them a pleasant stay in their second country. During the meeting the two leaders explored the fraternal ties between the two peoples in different areas and issues of mutual interest.

The UAE President also hosted a banquet in honour of the Bahraini King and his entourage.
