A mentally challenged 17-year-old Mongolian boy was allegedly sodomised by his father’s cousin, the Dubai Criminal Court heard.
The victim’s mother saw her husband’s 48-year-old cousin AHJ was sodomising her son in the majlis. When she shouted and screamed, the accused ran away from the house.
“When I saw my son and my husband’s cousin half naked and the accused was sodomising him, I fainted from the shock,” she testified.
Her other son rushed to his father who was sleeping in the bedroom and told him about the incident; while the daughter called the police which arrested the accused two days later.
AHJ is also facing the accusation of consuming alcohol.
The court will reconvene on July 2.
