Two drug dealers held in Al Ain

Police in Dubai and Abu Dhabi joined hands to arrest two Asian drug dealers and seize 316 heroin capsules at their home in the eastern oasis town of Al Ain.

Acting on a tip off, police raided the house of the two metal workers aged 21 and 26 years and seized the stuff which they intended to sell in the local market.

“The stuff weighs around 2.7kg and was hidden in a metal cupboard at their house. The two confessed to possessing the drugs,” Abu Dhabi CID chief Colonel Rashid bu Rasheed said, quoted by Emarat Al Youm daily.
