2 UAE army conscripts killed in Saudi road crash

Two young UAE army conscripts were killed in a road crash in Saudi Arabia while on their way back home from a visit to friends in Kuwait.

The two Emiratis from Sharjah, aged 21 and 22 years, were involved in an accident on Salwa Motorway in Saudi Arabia before crossing the border with the UAE.

'Emarat Al Youm' daily said the accident took place on Saturday and that the two bodies were brought home later for burial.
Their friends in Kuwait flew to Sharjah to offer condolences after they were told about their death, it added.
