Van with Dh2 million in cash breaks down in Ajman; police to the rescue

Ajman Police rushed to provide security for a van carrying Dh2 million in cash after the vehicle broke down on a road in front of Ambassador Centre in the Emirate.

Major Ghaith Khalifa Al Kaabi, Head of the Nuaimiya Police said, a rapid intervention patrol rushed to the place where the vehicle had broken down.

The cash van was moved to an Ajman city Police Station and the money transferred to another vehicle.

Ajman Police Chief, Brigadier Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi praised the officers involved in the task for providing security to the cash van in less than five minutes.
