Waiter gets too steamy for coffee shop

A Moroccan waiter is accused of molesting a Filipina coffee shop co-worker, the Dubai Criminal Court heard.

Last June, AAM, 26, waiter, is said to have groped MKA, 28, a waitress, at the coffee shop they worked in.

He is accused of doing this several times and despite complaints being made to the manager.

“He has touched me with his knee and made signs with his fingers. He repeated the offence several times. I reported the incident to the manager who shouted at him as well. When he did not stop I reported the offence to the police,” MKA testified before the Prosecution.

Her co-worker MSH, 25, also a Filipino, testified that he saw AAM trying to grope MKA.

“When she was doing her makeup the accused groped her. I was one metre away and I saw him. It was against her will and she shouted at him and asked him not to do that again.”

The Court adjourned the case until May 4.
