It is hot and getting hotter, as per the latest forecast by the UAE’s weather bureau for the weekend.

The National Centre for Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS) has stated the following two days will turn up the heat across the country as the Mercury spikes to mid-40s, with increased humidity as well.

On Friday, the NCMS has forecasted fair weather in general, adding: “[It will be] hazy and partly cloudy at times, with [the weather being] rather hot during daytime and moderate during night.”

Relief will come in the form of light to moderate winds, while the relative humidity will increase during night and early morning over some coastal areas.

Those venturing out to deep sea will find smooth sailing over the waters of the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea.

On Saturday, the weather is expected to remain stet, with the NCMS forecasting another day of ‘fair weather in general’, with hot conditions during the day and the evening.

The light to moderate winds will continue to bring a degree of respite, but the humidity levels will continue to spike, bringing discomfort to the proceedings.

The sea will be moderate in Arabian Gulf and slight to moderate in Oman Sea.
