Woman molested in shopping mall

An Indian waiter is accused of molesting a Filipina in a shopping mall, the Dubai Criminal Court heard.
 
PR, 31, engineer, testified before the Prosecution that while she was walking out of women’s toilet in Al Ghurair shopping mall the accused walked next to her and touched her bottom. 

When her husband confronted the accused, he tried running away. But he was caught and the police informed.

HKM, 29, confessed before the Police and the Prosecution. He also confessed to consuming alcohol before going to Al Ghurair shopping mall.

The court, Presided by Judge Fahmi Munir Fahmi, adjourned the case until March 9.
