SRI LANKA: A 14-year old girl was gang raped by her father and 5 other men several times during the year.
After being raped by the 45-year old, the girl left with three men and was later raped by her uncle, uncle’s son and his friend including a boy studying in Grade 13 in her school, ‘The Island reported.
The victim’s father was soon arrested after the mother filed a complaint.
Cops are in search of the five men who fled after the dreadful crime and are conducting further investigations.
The 14-year-old has been admitted to the Kegalle hospital.
Meanwhile, in another incident. a soldier was brutally assaulted for raping a 7-year-old, Lakbima reported.
Promising to pluck flowers for her, the soldier lured the little girl into his apartment where he raped her.
The kid informed her parents about the incident.
When the neighbours heard what the little girl had been through tied the accused to the tree and brutally assaulted him before handing over to the police.
The police had remanded him for 14 days but later admitted him to a hospital for treatment under prison guard.
Cops are conducting further investigation.
Parents forgive son who stabbed them
An Egyptian man attempted to kill his parents after being informed that he was adopted.
The 27-year old was frustrated with the arguments he had with his father who repeatedly informed him that he was not his son.
He was also looked down upon by his neighbours who often mocked him.
Although, the young man shunned his father’s comments, he later decided to confront his mother.
After denying several times, she revealed that he was adopted from the orphanage.
He could not handle the fact and stabbed his father with a huge knife until he fell off the bed soaked in blood.
The mother tried to stop him but he stabbed her as well.
The couple was admitted to the hospital and miraculously survived.
Police arrested the accused who wept bitterly stating that he was guilty for his act, especially after knowing that his parents had sent his brother pleading for his forgiveness.
The parents claimed that their son was not guilty.
