General Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, received today at Al Mamoura, Abu Dhabi, the visiting US Secretary of Commerce Penny Pritzker.
The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi welcomed the US minister and discussed with her friendship and cooperation relations between the UAE and the US, in addition to ways to bolster them for the benefit of the two friendly peoples and countries.
During the meeting, they reviewed the existing strong cooperation between the two countries and the importance of boosting the joint ties, especially in the trade and investment avenues as well as supporting the necessary plans and programmes to develop and expand economic relations.
The meeting also discussed a number of issues of mutual interest and the importance of consultation and coordination for serving mutual interests.
Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Executive Affairs Authority, Yousef Al Otaiba, the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the United States of America, and Mohammed Mubarak Al Mazrouei, Undersecretary of Abu Dhabi Crown Prince's Court, attended the meeting.
