The President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has issued Federal Decree No. 14 of 2015, appointing Hamad Obaid Al Mansoori as a Director-General of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA)
Al Mansoori has served as the Director-General of UAE Smart Government since April 2014 and was Deputy Director-General of Information and e-Government Sector, TRA, from May 2013 to April 2014.
He holds a Master's Degree in multimedia and computer science from Middlesex University.
