Khalifa restructures Central Bank board

The President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has issued a Federal Decree restructuring the board of directors of the Central Bank of the UAE.

According to the decree, the following board members will serve a four- year term: Khalifa Mohammed Al Kindi, Chairman of the Board, Khalid Juma Al Majid, Vice Chairman, Mubarak Rashid Khamis Al Mansouri, Governor, and Younis Haji Al Khoori, Khalid Ahmed Al Tayer, Khalid Mohammed Salem Balama and Hamad Mubarak Bu Amim as members.

Any provision that contradicts with this decree shall be deemed null and void. The decree shall take force from the date of issuance and will be published in the official gazette.
