Maktoum chairs Judicial Council meeting

Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai chaired the Judicial Council meeting which was held at the headquarters of the Dubai courts on Tuesday morning.

Also present were Mohammed Ibrahim Al Shaibani, Director-General of His Highness The Ruler's Court of Dubai, Essam Issa al Humaidan Dubai Attorney-General, Dr. Ahmed Hazim Al Suwaidi, Director of Dubai Courts in addition to a number of officials.

The meeting discussed developing the performance of the judiciary authority and Public Prosecution in Dubai and the provision of qualified human resources as well as discussing a number of Internal memos.

The meeting also discussed Dubai Judiciary authority Law where the Deputy Ruler of Dubai directed Chairman of the Judicial Council to expedite the preparation and delivery of the law by the concerned experts.

During the meeting, Sheikh Maktoum also hailed the performance of Dubai Courts and the public prosecution.
