Mohamed receives India's Foreign Minister

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, received today at his residence in New Delhi, India's External Affairs Minister, Sushma Swaraj.

During the meeting, they discussed friendship and co-operation between the two friendly countries and ways of enhancing and upgrading them to the best levels to serve the common interests.

They reviewed the existing areas of co-operation between the UAE and India in various political, economic, cultural and investment sectors, and other vital aspects that the two countries seek to develop to achieve the vision of the leaders of the two countries to foster closer friendship and co-operation between them.

The talks touched on the overall events and the latest regional and international developments. Sheikh Mohamed and Swaraj also tackled a number of issues of common concern.

The meeting was attended by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister, and Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chief of Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi's Court.

Among others also present were Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri, Minister of Economy; Ghobash Saeed Ghobash, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation; Dr. Anwar bin Mohammed Gargash, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs; Reem bint Ibrahim Al Hashemi, Minister of State for International Cooperation; Suhail bin Mohammed Faraj Faris Al Mazrouei, Minister of Energy; Dr. Sultan bin Ahmed Sultan Al Jaber, Minister of State; Ali bin Hammad Al Shamsi, Deputy Secretary-General of the National Security Council; Khaldoun Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Executive Affairs Authority; Dr. Ahmed Abdul Rahman Al Banna, UAE Ambassador to the Republic of India;  Mohammed Mubarak Al Mazrouei, Under-Secretary of The Crown Prince Court of Abu Dhabi; T.P. Seetharam, Ambassador of India to the UAE, and a number of officials.
