Mohammed arrives in Riyadh for summit

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President, and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, arrived in Saudi Arabian capital, Riyad, where he leads the UAE delegation at the 3rd edition of the Summit on Arab Socio-Economic Development.

The summit has started in Riyadh.

The summit is chaired by Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The two-day summit will discuss a number of social and economic issues such as unemployment, healthcare and the Pan-Arab economic market.

The high-profile delegation comprising UAE Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Foreign Trade Minister Lubna bint Khalid Al Qasimi, Minister of Economy Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri, Minister of State for Financial Affairs Obaid Humaid Al Tayer, State Minister Reem Abrahim Al Hashemi,  UAE Ambassador to Egypt and Permanent Representative to the Arab League Mohammed bin Nakhira Al Dhahiri, Director of Dubai Ruler's Office Lt. General Musabbah Rashid Al Fattan, Dubai Director of Protocol and Hospitality Khalifa Saeed Suleiman and UAE Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Mohammed Saeed Al Dhahiri.

Earlier, Sheikh Mohammed was seen off at Dubai International Airport by Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Deputy Ruler and Minister of Finance Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Deputy Ruler Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and  Director of Dubai Ruler's Court Mohammed Ibrahim Al Shebani.
