His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum
In his Capacity as Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UA has issued Decree No. (5) of 2015 forming the Board of Directors of Dubai International Humanitarian City Authority.
The Decree names Her Royal Highness Princess Haya bint Al Hussein, wife of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, as the chairperson of the board.
The Decree also names Ibrahim Mohamed Bumelha as Deputy Chairman and appoints eight board members: Abdullah Ahmed Al Habbai, Abdullah Abdul Rahman Al Shaibani, Major General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Helal Saeed Al Marri, Hisham Abdullah Al Qasim, Saeed Mohamed Hareb, Dr. Mohammed Ateeq Al Falahi and Hamad Saeed Al Shamsi.
Pursuant to the Decree, the Board of Directors' tenure be for three renewable years.
The decree is effective as of December 19, 2014 and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
