Mohammed with #WorldGovSummit media

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, visited the Media Centre at the World Government Summit, where the organising committee provided him with the required contact information of all the Arab and international media organisations covering the event, currently in its fourth edition.
 
During his visit to the centre, the Ruler of Dubai, who was accompanied by Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister for Cabinet Affairs, Chairman of the World Government Summit, and Khalifa Saeed Sulaiman, Director-General of Dubai Protocol and Hospitality Department, assured that all requirements to facilitate the job of journalists and media professionals be fulfilled.
 
Sheikh Mohammed praised the intensive media coverage of the summit over the last two days, gaining nearly 3,000 news items on the first day in 45 countries in 16 different languages.
 
The event hashtag (#WorldGovSummit) attracted almost 3 billion followers, equivalent to a following commanded by the Oscars.
