The sewerage fee for residents in Dubai has been amended effective March, in accordance with a new decree, reported ‘Emarat Al Youm’.
The sewerage fee has been amended from 0.5 fil to one fil per gallon of water used for all building connected to the main public sewerage network of Dubai Municipality.
The decree includes free zones in Dubai. The fee, which will be imposed by Dubai Municipality, will be collected by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (Dewa).
