Sheikh Mohammed exchanges Eid greetings with Rulers

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai,  on Thursday evening exchanged Eid Al Fitr greetings with Members of Supreme Council, Their Highnesses Ruler of Emirates, at Za'beel Palace.
 
Sheikh Mohammed received Their Highnesses Rulers of Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Umm al-Qaiwain and Ras al-Khaimah and the Crown Princes.
 
Present were Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai,  Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance and  Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai.

Sheikh Mohammed exchanged Eid greetings with His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, His HIghness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, His HIghness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain and His HIghness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah.
 
Sheikh Mohammed and the Rulers exchanged views on a number of national and social issues, praying to Al Mighty God to protect the UAE and its leadership from all evil. They also wished the country more progress and prosperity.

Among others attending during the reception were Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Sharjah Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler,  Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem Al Qasimi, Sharjah Deputy Ruler, Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Ajman Crown Prince, Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Fujairah Crown Prince, Sheikh Rashid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla Umm Al-Qaiwain Crown Prince and  Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud Al Qasimi, Ras Al Khaimah Crown Prince.
 
The reception was also attended by Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation and Chief Executive of Emirates Group, Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Director-General of Dubai Ruler's Court Mohammed Ibrahim Al Shaibani, Director General of the Dubai Ruler's Office Musabeh Rashid Al Fattan, a number of Sheikhs, senior officials and delegations accompanying Their Highnesses Rulers of the Emirates. 
 

Mohammed performs Eid Al Fitr prayers

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, performed Eid Al Fitr prayers at Zabeel Mosque in Dubai on Thursday morning.

Praying alongside Sheikh Mohammed were Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Deputy Ruler and Finance Minister Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Deputy Ruler Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation and Chief Executive of Emirates Group Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority Sheikh Majid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, other sheikhs, senior officials and a large congregation of Muslim worshippers.

The worshippers prayed to Almighty God to bless the country with peace and prosperity and safeguard its wise leadership.

The Eid sermon was delivered by Imam Sheikh Omar Al Khateeb, who prayed to God to accept the worship and fasting of Muslims during the holy month of Ramadan. He also called attention to benefits arising from the month of fasting, which instill patience, forbearance and tolerance in the hearts of all Muslims.

Citing verses from the Holy Quran and the Prophet Mohammed's sayings, the Imam reminded the worshippers that Eid is a time to rejoice and spread peace and happiness.

Al Khateeb prayed to God to watch over the President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Sheikh Mohammed. He also prayed for the souls of the late founder and leader of the UAE Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

Mohammed receives Eid Al Fitr well-wishers

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum,  Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, received Eid Al Fitr well-wishers at Za’abeel Palace on Thursday morning.

Sheikh Mohammed received sheikhs, ministers, the Public Prosecutor in Dubai, Director General of Dubai Courts, high ranking officers from the Dubai Prosecution and courts, Dubai Police acting Commander, senior police and Public Security officers in Dubai, the Director General of the Dubai Naturalisation and Residency Department (DNRD), DNRD’s senior officers, Civil Defence acting commander, Ministry of Defence Undersecretary and top officers, Armed Forces senior officers who wished His Highness continued health and prosperity for the people of the UAE under its wise leadership.

Present at the reception were Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Deputy Ruler and Finance Minister Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Dubai Deputy Ruler Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

Also present to exchange Eid greetings with Sheikh Mohammed were Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation and Chief Executive of Emirates Group Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority Sheikh Majid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Sheikh Saeed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, a large number of sheikhs, Arab, Islamic and foreign residents who came to wish the leadership of the UAE further prosperity and success.

Sheikh Mohammed also received Their Highnesses Supreme Council Members Rulers of the Emirates and their crown princes at Za’abeel Palace on Thursday. The rulers paid Sheikh Mohammed a courtesy call on the occasion of Eid Al Fitr.

The reception saw the presence of Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Deputy Ruler and Finance Minister Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Dubai Deputy Ruler Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
