Sheikh Mohammed issues Decree moving MBRCLD under Dubai Executive Council

In his capacity as Ruler of Dubai, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum, has issued a Decree moving the Mohammed bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development, MBRCLD, under the Dubai Executive Council.

According to Decree No.15 of 2017, Dubai Executive Council replaces Dubai Government Human Resources Department in discharging all the authorities, competencies and obligations related to Mohammed bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development.

The Decree also obligates Dubai Department of Finance to transfer all the centre's financial allocations from the Human Resources Department to the Executive Council.

The Decree is valid from the date of issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
