A Pennsylvania man is facing charges of alleged homicide and abuse of a corpse, reported Huffington Post.
Defense waived the hearing last week, after authorities watched a videotape, which they allege the 53-year-old suspect made of himself sexually abusing his step-daughter’s body.
The 33-year-old victim was last seen in late-November 2014 and later her body was found buried behind a shed on the property where she lived with her mother.
The suspect’s mental health will be evaluated, even as defense says necrophilia was his motive.
