Baby drowns in water bucket

A one-year-old Saudi boy died after drowning in a water bucket used under the air conditioning set at his house in the Gulf kingdom.

The boy was playing just outside his room when he crawled towards the bucket and climbed up, Sabq newspaper said.

“He fell into the bucket and could not get out…he died while his parents were inside the house,” the paper said in a report from the southern town of Mikhwat.
