Killer seized at crime scene

An Asian who murdered his work mate decided to hide at the crime scene, apparently influenced by theories in detective movies that the crime scene is the last place searched by police for the killer. But the Saudi police either do not believe in such theories or have no time to watch those movies.

“After the murder, the police rushed to the crime scene and combed the area around it…they found the killer hiding in a deserted store in the area where he murdered his work mate,” Okaz newspaper said on Wednesday.

It said the unidentified Asian stabbed his mate to death during a fist fight that followed a heated argument at a construction site in Riyadh.
