Kuwaiti puts roses over motorway for his lover’s birthday

A Kuwaiti man thinking of a novel way to mark his girlfriend’s birthday bought a heart-shaped red rose bouquet and installed it on a pedestrian bridge on top of a key motorway in the oil-rich Gulf emirate.

A YouTube film published by Al Rai television showed the large bouquet was stuck just on the rail of the bridge in Al Khailidiya area in Kuwait City.

The report did not identify the man or say when he hanged the bouquet.
