A retired Saudi policeman was killed after his car overturned on the road in a rugged area while he was heading to offer condolences on the death of a friend.
Abdu Khabrani was driving from his village to another town in the southern Saudi province of Jazan when he lost control of the vehicle at a road turn at night.
“He was killed on the spot just about one km before reaching the town where he was going to offer condolences,” ‘Sada’ daily said without mentioning his age.
