Manager gets 10 years for forcing girl to 'massage'

A Kuwaiti court sentenced a local company manager to 10 years in prison after he was convicted of forcing a female employee to massage his body in his office.

The court found that the manager committing a crime by using his authority to force an employee to be involved in such personal acts at the company offices.

The woman’s lawyer said he would appeal for a harsher sentence on the grounds the defendant also told the employee to do "obscene acts" while massaging his body.

“This shows that the defendant is an obnoxious person without any ethics. He used his authority to force an employee to be involved in such obscene act which amounts to rape,” the lawyer told court, according to 'Al Watan' newspaper.
