Sultanate of Oman has issued new directives related to visa compliance for foreign nationals.
Expatriates employed in the private sector in Oman should earn a minimum monthly salary of OR300 (Dh2,863) to bring their families on residence visas, reported 'Trade Arabia'.
The rule effective this month is part of efforts to streamline civil status standards in the country.
