Park shut after rats were found in kitchen

Saudi health authorities shut a famous park after inspectors found that the kitchen was dirty and workers prepare food amidst a herd of insects and rodents. 

Sabq newspaper said health officials raided the park near the southern town of Abha after a tip off that the kitchen is full of insects and rats. 

“The inspectors found that the workers prepare food in the presence of a swarm of insects…they also found rats in the kitchen and hide of dead sheep and goats,” the paper said, adding that the park would remains shut until further notice.
