School boy dies in class in Saudi

A Saudi school boy fainted and died in class in the Gulf Kingdom but it was not immediately clear what caused his death.

Ahmed Al Raheeli, a second preparatory student, was chatting with his class mates at the school in the western Red Sea port of Jeddah when he collapsed.

“He was rushed to hospital but was already dead,”education department spokesman Abdul Majid Al Ghamdi told the Arabic language newspaper Sabq without saying what caused the boy’s death.
