Teenager raped by ex-boyfriend

A man wielding a knife sneaked into the bed room of his former teenage girlfriend in Kuwait, jolted her out of sleep and raped her for three hours before fleeing.

The unnamed girl told police she opened her eyes early in the morning and saw her ex-boyfriend standing near the bed with a knife in his hand.

“He raped me for nearly three hours and threatened to slash my neck if I scream,” the girl said, quoted by Alanba newspaper.

She said the man, a bedoun (without identity), had attacked her to retaliate against her decision to end their relationship.

The paper said police raided the man’s house in Kuwait City but did not find him.
