“The most stupid thief in Kuwait”

A thief who expertly sneaked into a farm in Kuwait and stole four racing cocks worth around Dh3,000 was branded “the most stupid thief in Kuwait” by a local newspaper after he forgot his mobile phone at the farm.

Police digging for clues at the farm found the mobile handset, which revealed the thief’s identity and easily led them to his living place.

His father told police his son did not come home overnight for the first time and police suspected he was hiding after realizing the mistake he committed during the burglary at the farm owned by a Kuwait.

“Police have launched a manhunt to capture the most stupid thief in Kuwait,” the Arabic language daily Alanba said.
