Thief leaves mobile after stealing from mosque

A thief stole two stoves from a mosque in Saudi Arabia but left behind his mobile phone, which is worth more than his loot.

In a report from the northeastern town of Hafr Al Batin, 'Al Jazeera' newspaper said police are taking measures to catch the thief through his phone which he left at the mosque during the dawn robbery.

“The thief forgot his mobile phone at the mosque after stealing the two stoves...police said the phone’s value exceeds that of the two stoves,” it said.
