Women dump baby in hospital and flee

Two women sneaked into a hospital in Saudi Arabia, went straight to the waiting room, placed a bag on the chair and left. Visitors later found it was a baby.

The baby girl has just been born as she was still stained with blood and her placenta was still dangling.

In a report from the eastern town of Khobar on Wednesday, Kabar newspaper said police took the baby to King Fahd Hospital, where she was taken care of.

“The two ladies were caught by the security cameras when they dumped that baby,” the paper said, quoting police spokesman, Lt Colonel Ziad Raqiti.
