The Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation has completed preparations to implement its Ramadan projects.

Two million people in the country are expected to benefit from the Iftar meal project during Ramadan, while more than 700,000 will benefit in 60 Arab and Muslim countries around the world.

Mohammed Haji Khouri, Director-General of the Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation, said that the wise leadership's directives embody deep-rooted values of the teachings of Islam, which call for providing aid to other peoples to strengthen bonds, fraternal and friendly ties with different countries.

Al Khouri said the programme aims to enhance values of humanitarian solidarity during the month of Ramadan and emphasise the message of the foundation to support all those who live in dire conditions.

He also extended thanks and appreciation to the Foundation's strategic partners who supported the philanthropic society's programmes. He also thanked media outlets for their significant role that highlights KF's humanitarian and charitable projects at the local and international levels.
