Wife ends life after returning to husband

An Egyptian woman who was forced by her father to return to her husband following a marital rift committed a suicide by drinking hair dye.

The 29-year-old woman left her husband and children and went to her father’s house in East Egypt after a heated argument at home, newspapers said.

But her father forced her to return home, where she drank a bottle of hair dye. She was rushed to hospital but died on the way, the papers said without mentioning how many children the woman has.
