Man leaves sleeping wife to molest cousin

Colombo: A man from Boralesgamuwa, Sri Lanka, promised his cousin a lucrative job and invited her over to his home and molested her, reported ‘Mawbima’.

The 22-year-old woman, who was employed with a private company, trusted the man’s word’s and met him at his home with the hope of landing a better job.

However, the man sneaked into her bedroom that night while she was sleeping and raped her.

His wife, who was asleep when he sneaked out, rushed into the woman’s room upon hearing her screams only to catch her husband red-handed.

The man has been taken into police custody.

Police investigations continue.
