A man suspected of involvement in a bomb threat at Amsterdam's Schiphol airport has been arrested, Dutch military police said on Monday.
"He has been put under control and arrested," military police spokesman Robert van Kapel told Dutch TV station RTL 7.
Earlier, parts of Schiphol Amsterdam Airport were evacuated due to the bomb threat, the military police said .
"We received a report of a bomb threat and we have evacuated the airport," a military police spokesman said.
He said the two main terminals - 1 and 2, the international terminals - were evacuated and police were investigating the report.
A spokesman at state-owned Schiphol Group declined to comment.
