Yemeni Cabinet discusses military developments

The Yemeni Cabinet on Sunday met to discuss the latest developments in the country and the progress being made by the national army on various fronts.

At the meeting chaired by Vice-President and Prime Minister Khaled Bahah, Spokesperson for the Yemeni Army, Brigadier Samir Al Haj, noted that the government forces has managed to cut off supplies lines of the rebel militia.

Al Haj briefed the cabinet on the next steps which, he noted, would lead to many triumphs with support from the Saudi-led coalition and in coordination with the National Yemeni Resistance.

The cabinet also discussed measures to counter the recent spread of dengue fever, a debilitating viral disease causing sudden fever and acute pains in the joints, in the governorate of Hadhramaut.
